"Having attended this gym since last May 2021 I would highly recommend to any one who is a beginner or advanced in their fitness journey. Both Anthony & John have enabled & encouraged me to improve both on a physical & emotional level. The gym is not intimidating in anyway & the culture is one of accepting attendees from a diverse background. Anthony & John are friendly yet professional & have a wealth of knowledge & expertise within the fitness arena. As such, thank you both for keeping me motivated, focused & enjoying the weekly sessions I attend."
