HYBRID TRAININGHybrid training is for those that are motivated to train on their own but feel they need some extra support or guidance to ensure the training programme is tailored to them so they are going in the right direction for their goals.WHAT'S INCLUDED?
1 90-120 minute session per month / 6 weeks to retest and reassess after the last block of training. We will also discuss what worked well, what didn’t work as well and go over your likes and dislikes.
This way you don’t just receive a generic programme being told what to do but instead are a part of the process to build your best plan.

From there we will ensure that our schedules work, you will fill in a “Getting to know you” form so that I can learn as much about you as possible including goals, injury history, preferences etc.
Once that is done we will book you in for your complimentary consultation so that we can start to build your plan together, you can see the studio and ask me any questions you may have.
