JW Fitness is built on a foundation of Personal Training. We have created an inclusive, customer-centric training experience that focuses solely on getting results.

 

Since our inception, we could see that joining a gym and finding the right fit was really difficult for people; the old model would mean you join a commercial gym, receive an induction and then are left alone to work it out for yourself.

 

No guidance and no support.

 

Feeling intimidated.

 

Feeling like people are staring at you or judging you.

 

So you stick where you feel safe.

Only to get bored and quit or, worse still, keep paying for a membership but never using it.

It was heartbreaking to watch so many people join the gym and just get lost or left on their own.

That's why we opened our first Personal Training facility in 2018 with the sole focus of helping people like you find a training solution that delivered results, offered support and guidance every step of the way and was friendly, welcoming and inclusive to all who joined.

With our expert coaching and a Personal Training studio centred around the member, we are able to continuously help our members achieve physical feats of strength and fitness they never thought possible.

Meet our team

We have three qualified Personal Trainers at JW Fitness. Each brings their own unique skills and sporting interests to the gym. We also have an apprentice Personal Trainer working with us.
