Team Training 

Our Team Training service is built around our belief and principles of training which will ensure you receive a highly effective training program delivered in a large group setting.

 

Our Team Training service accommodates 12-15 people which allows you to feed off the energy of other members and the atmosphere that creates in the gym.

​

Sessions run Monday - Friday at 6.00am and Saturdays at 8.00am and will be delivered by one of our expert coaches.

 

We work hard to ensure these sessions deliver variety and fun but most importantly results for you.

 

As this is a larger group training we do suggest that people new to training or with more specific goals join our Semi Personal training membership to ensure you have more hands-on support initially.
