Semi-Personal Training

Our Semi Private personal training is friendly, welcoming and inclusive.

 

It is also our most popular membership. It is delivered in a small group of up to 4-6 people in order to ensure that you receive the necessary time with your Personal Trainer, allowing it to be more cost effective for you whilst increasing motivation in the group dynamic.

We set our programs up so that they meet you where your fitness is now. This allows us to work with beginners and more advanced trainees alike, ensuring all members are able to reach their individual goals.

When we set up your program we take into account your:

• Goals

• Exercise history

• Injury history

• Your schedule

​

Along with the in person sessions where you will train in a small group (up to 4-6 people per session) we set up your training for outside of these sessions if this is part of your goals and needs. These are delivered to you daily via our app and email allowing you to log and track all your workouts allowing you to assess your progress over time.

Training at JW Fitness makes you a part of a personal training experience that is customer centric at heart. You also join a community of like minded, fitness seeking individuals who are on a journey to a fitter and stronger self. Some started where you are right now, some have surpassed their goals and some are still on the journey.

No matter where you are there is one thing that I can guarantee, if you are an active individual in this community by hitting your sessions, encouraging others and actively trying to improve by just 1% each day you will end up doing things that right now may feel impossible to you.
