John Warburton Fitness (JW Fitness) is the trading name of John Warburton Fitness Ltd.

Mailchimp - We use mailchimp to keep in touch with you via email once you have given your consent for us to do so. We store your name and email address. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email that says “Unsubscribe”.
Gocardless - We use to collect DD payments, efficiently and with ease. We store your Name, Email address and house address. Should you end your membership with us your DD will be cancelled and your information will be deleted.
Teamup - We use this to make it easy for you to schedule sessions, meetings or skype calls etc. This also makes the process easier to reschedule or re-book should you need to.
The information we collect is Name, email address and phone number. These are all necessary when making a booking. You can choose not to provide this information however that would affect the service you would be able to receive.
Wufoo - We use wufoo forms to collect any relevant information we need to give you the best training experience we can. We may also use these forms to collect information for marketing, regular check- ins with clients to ensure they are on track and applications for any new programs we may run. We collect and store all necessary info (dependent on the form you are filling out) Such as Name, date of birth, email address, house address, medical info/injury history, training history, current body measurements etc. Information pertaining to the health and medical info of clients need to be stored for 7 years from when the membership is terminated for insurance purposes.
TrueCoach - We use Truecoach to deliver your programs to you. If you wish to not use Truecoach that is no problem just let us know. Truecoach will collect your data to allow us to be much more efficient for you.
Information about products and services
It is very important to us that we provide you with the highest level of service. In order to help us do this, where you have agreed to receive such information, from time to time we may send you details of products and services that may be of interest to you via email or post.
This is only if you opt to receive this information, via informed consent or via demonstrating a legitimate interest in our Club or services, either directly or following a referral.
You can opt out from any promotional or marketing content at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us directly.

We do occasionally arrange filming or photographs for use on our Social Media or other John Warburton Fitness communications. All due care will be taken to ensure that no one appears in filming or content created by us without expressing consent to be included.
