Said we will do something and not follow through with it for 1 reason or another.

With this in mind my number 1 goal at JW Fitness Studio is to help everyday people keep turning up and training regularly.
The number 1 to achieving any goal is consistency, so creating an environment in our gym that is welcoming, inviting, fun and yet gives each member the ability to thrive.

That we have any magic answers or secrets. I'll happily share with anyone my recommendations
That we offer fad diets
That we offer shakes, potions or pills that supposedly do the hard work for us (when you join us, be ready to work hard)
Any magical fat loss workouts (they don’t exist)
Starving yourself for a few months only to leave and regain all the weight you lost and then some
I believe some of the reasons that members keep coming back are:
For results that they see in their strength and fitness
For the ability to have a laugh whilst training
To be spoken to and treated like an adult
To get practical and actionable advice for their habits rather than just being told what they can and can’t do (who likes to be told that)
To endure some hard training for our amusement. (Oh wait, that’s just for our benefit)
