This is a very short and to the point post today.
Hopefully because of that it will resonate with you and spark something in you to make the changes you want to make right now. Regardless of what others opinions may be.
The best exercise for fat loss is…
The method you enjoy and are able to stick to consistently for the next year and beyond.
I don’t care what it is.
It could be:
Resistance training Running Cycling Yoga Pilates
Classes
Training with a Personal Trainer etc
It shouldn't matter to others either.
All that matters is that you enjoy it and that you can stick to it.
Whilst other people may try and tell you that X is best or that Y is the best program to follow the fact of the matter is if you move more and become more active for a long time consistently you have a much higher chance of reaching your goals.
So don’t be put off thinking you have to do something that you don’t enjoy, just make the decision today to be more active consistently for the next year doing whatever exercise modality you like.
The great thing that you will find when making this decision is that this one healthy habit will tend to lead to others such as eating more fruit and veg, drinking more water etc.
At the beginning, this sounds like a small difference but multiply that by the number of days you perform these habits over the next year and the small change you make today could be astronomical a year from now.
Go and get it done!!
