Today I am going to share with you Paul's post. Hear in his words why he enjoys training at JW Fitness.
Please explain a little about yourself and why you chose to train with JW Fitness.
'Before turning 51 in January, I decided to start training with John and his team. After following them for a long time on social media, being a typical bloke after turning 50, I started to take a look at my lifestyle and my health a bit more closely. '
What if any, were your reservations before starting training with us at JW Fitness?
'My only reservation was whether or not I would keep up with the training once I started but eventually, I decided the worst thing I could do, was not start in the first place, so I jumped in.'
How did we help you eliminate any reservations you had?
'Meeting John at the Open Day. I decided to take the plunge but even then, it took me a little while to book my first session.'
What are your biggest achievements since training at JW Fitness?
'Getting up twice a week at 6:30 a.m. and dragging myself down to the gym. In my opinion that's a hell of an achievement and I deserve a medal 😁'
What keeps you coming back to train with us?
'The team. They have a habit of making you want to go back, through encouragement, friendliness & having a good laugh while you're there. Even though you're working hard. '
