We are a Personal Training gym based in Urmston, Trafford.
Whilst we can talk about what makes us great, I always feel it hits home best when our members tell you what it is that makes us special.

Nathan has been with us for two years and has been a great addition to the team with his never say die attitude, willingness to learn and to try his hand at everything.
Please explain a little about yourself and why you chose to train with JW Fitness?
'I chose JW Fitness because I was eager to get into training but was apprehensive as I have Cerebral Palsy. John’s tailored workouts are perfect for giving me what I want and what I need in terms of the way my muscles work and using training to make elements of my life easier, eg. Farmer's carries could be a transferable exercise for coming out of a shop with heavy bags of shopping.'
What, if any, were your reservations before starting training with us at JW Fitness?
'My disability was a big reservation as people often treat people like me differently and I very much dislike this, John makes me feel like I am smashing training every time I step foot in the gym and treats me like any other.'
How did we help you eliminate any reservations you had?
'John's openness to help me learn and how he makes reasonable adjustments to help me perform an exercise in a safer and more controlled manner. This really makes me feel good about training.'
What are your biggest achievements since training at JW Fitness?
'My biggest achievement were deadlifting 132.5 KG and performing my first chin-up without bands.'

'John’s enthusiasm for training and how he takes you on your personalised training journey watching you grow from strength to strength.'
